• Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible, the toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Damaged Items: If a toy arrives broken or defective, please contact us immediately at designated E-mail with a photo, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

• Return Process: Please contact our support team to receive a return authorization. Once the return is inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
